Omni Staffing Services was formed in 1998 as a temporary agency to provide nursing staff to facilities in need. Since that time we have grown to a full service agency providing per diem and contract staff to facilities throughout the state of Washington. We specialize in working with both our facilities and our staff members to get the right personnel to the right facility. This has led to our success and our ongoing growth.
As we have continued to grow we have maintained our core values. This includes being an integral part of the healthcare team. We continually strive to improve in the quality of services we provide both internally and externally. We believe that all of our staff members are true professionals that want to
make a difference.
For facilities we offer excellent personnel at reasonable costs. Additionally, we bring the unique ability to understand your needs. We have worked in hospitals as both staff members and administration. We understand the importance of good safe staff and the need for appropriate documentation and competencies for your surveys and inspections. With this background we have been able to place interim leadership personnel in nursing departments throughout the region.
For Staff members we understand your need for flexible work schedules and we value your time. We strive to meet your needs for hours and time off. We provide the required training including ACLS, CPR, PALS and TNCC as required for the places you work. Omni clearly understands that you are the core of our business and we believe your strengths combined with our agency create a mutually beneficial relationship.
